Window pivot parts (bar and lock)

The lock and bar broke on both sides of my double hung window. I need replacement parts and your advice please.

Hi there. Our 15-177 coil balance shoe may be what you are looking for. It goes along with our Series 152 coil springs. Your pivot bar could be either our 26-226 or 26-352. We'd like for you to compare those two parts with an undamaged pivot bar to see which of the two would make the better match.

This is great! Thanks so much for your response. How would I choose a balance weight (3 lb, 4 lb, etc)?

You will need to remove the coil springs and the spring stamp weight is stamped on it.
