Window pivot shoe

I don't have a make or model for my window but this is the shoe. I measured it to be 2 inches tall by 1.25 wide. Can you help me. Thankyou

We may be able to replace this pivot shoe, but we need one last dimension: the thickness. Once we know that, we will do our best to find a match.

It is half inch thick.
