Window pivot shoe

Hello,

If you have Certainteed windows, take a look at the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. 

If you have Simonton windows, the 15-192 may not work for you and would likely require shaving down the front of the shoe. Even some customers with Certainteed windows have reported needing to make adaptations. For that reason, we came up with the conversion shown in the video below to replace all of the necessary balance hardware. Take a look and thanks for posting!

Coil is a 409 there has been tons of modifications with 15-192 pivot shoe if I wanted to just add all different components what what I use?

If you're having trouble installing the 15-192, I would recommend following the video that we included in our last response, which shows the entire process to convert your window to use the 15-259 pivot shoe and its compatible accessories.
