Window pivot shoe for tilt window

We are looking for a compatible piece for a tilt window. We are not sure, but we're told it should be a Silver Line window and the house was built in 2007. Any help in locating this part would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Your pivot shoe isn't made anymore, but I'm very confident that one of our more modern options can replace it. Before I recommend anything, can you confirm the thickness of your shoe? That will be the deciding factor.

Thank you for getting back to us with another photo. Silverline has discontinued your pivot shoe and has since replaced it with 15-046. Look it over and let us know what you think.
