Window pivot shoe replacement

Could you pleas assist in identifying the correct window pivot shoe? I think I also need a track spreader because there is no access gap in the track. Thank you!

Hello there. I'm afraid that this exact pivot shoe is no longer available, but we believe our 15-177 can replace it. It should have the same width and thickness as your old shoe; see the diagram below to confirm. As for removing and replacing the old shoes, see if you make a 'cut out' in your jamb track by following the video below. Let me know what you think.
