Hi, Steve.

Your balance looks like a match for our S351-27 or S390-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 351 has a 1" deep shoe, while the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the picture below to see which one matches up. You will also need the 2650 strength option, based on your 26 5 stamp.
