Window repair

Question

I am trying to identify the proper replacement balance (grey piece)for the broken ones I have attached in the pictures. They are from a patriot window by ply gem that has been discontinued. Need to replace several balances and just want to make sure I order the correct one to match what came with the window.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a match for the T-lock shoe shown here. The best we can offer is to replace the balances with our Series 795 and 15-195B shoe (sold separately).

Note that the Series 795 uses a screw tab to install. If yours uses a hook, please let me know!
