Window repair

Question

we have certienteed windows that needs these parts. They were manufactured in 2003.
the shoe measures 1 1/4 wide, 1/2 inch thick and 1 1/8 inch tall with single coil spring.
The window that it is lifting is 30 X 24.
No numbers are on the spring.
It is a model 217 window.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for your pivot shoe but take a look at another customer's post here where we recommend they consider the S140 coil balance assembly to replace the same part. We can't make any guarantees but take a look and see if this could work for your application.

We may be able to supply a replacement for your sash lock but we would need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers to compare to our inventory. As for your tilt latch, we would need to see the part removed from the sash frame. Please also include written-out dimensions to narrow down your options. Thank you!
