Window repair parts

Start by taking a look at the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches as well as the 26-393A. The 26-040 comes to mind for the pivot bar. I recommend you remove your old parts from the window and compare the specifications with ours to see how they match up.

I'm not sure what you mean by balance clips, I don't see any in your photos. Can you show us photos of the clips in question?
