Thanks for your post! This balance shoe has a similar appearance to the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to compare the dimensions below.

The shoe is compatible with the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal coil to select the correct coil replacement for your assembly.

The 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Barrel Support can be used for the coil spring covers.

We do not have an exact replacement match for the pivot bar but the 26-226 Pivot Bar should work in place of it. Be sure to look over the specifications to confirm.
