Hello, I am looking to replace the window. Could for my windows. I do not know the name brand of the windows

Your original pivot shoe has been discontinued, but we recommend reviewing the 15-177 as a replacement option along with the Series 152 coil springs. Review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

The original spring should have a number stamped on the metal that indicates the weighted option needed to support the window sash. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.
Also see the 15-143 coil bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Thank you for the information. The coil balance has the letter D on it but no numbers indicating the weight. Thank you!

Please provide the weight of the sash to move forward. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!
