Window replacement parts

A landlord from Camarillo, California says:
Hello, I would like to track down the plastic piece that has a single screw in the top channel of the window. I would also like to replace the window tension retainers that are spring loaded and the retainer clips that allow for the installation and removal. Please let me know what information you will need.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. For the top sash guide and take out clip, my recommendations would be the 18-008H and 16-002

We'd be happy to help identify the balances but we'll need you to remove an undamaged assembly and show us clear photos of the top and bottom fittings.

Thanks for the additional photos! My recommendation would be the Series 380 or Series 385 based on what you show here. The important difference between these two Series is the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. You will also need to refer to the stamp on the metal channel to determine what spring strength option to select.

As for the sash lock, you can start by comparing your specifications to the 90-180 and 90-077A to see how they match up.
