Hi, our double hung window is not staying open. below are pics for tensioner shoe and latch. Would you be able to identify parts for us. Thanks.

Hello! Our 26-243 and 26-244 appear to be the best matches in our inventory. See how the specifications align with yours.

As for the pivot shoe, I recommend the 15-087 which uses the Series 180 coil springs. I don't think your old pivot bar will work in our style of pivot shoe so you might want to replace it with the 26-040.
