Window replacement parts

Trying to get some replacement parts for a window sash. This includes both the pivot bar and also the coil on the side of the frame since its broke.

Hi there- thanks so much for posting!

The pivot bar looks like our 26-226 Pivot Bar. The pivot shoe looks like our 15-177. The coil spring it uses is our Series 152. You will need to reference the stamped printed on your old balance to determine the spring weight option at checkout.

I checked the balance and there is nothing printed on it anywhere. This window was installed during the home's construction so I'm having a hard time finding any info about it.

We'll need you to weigh your sash on a scale and give us its exact weight. We also need you to confirm how many springs are used on each side of your window. Thanks!
