Window replacement parts

Found Pella name on window latch. I need parts one window has 28 inch tubes with plastic covers and blue ends. One window has 22 7/8 inch spring tubes with blue ends, I need shoes for these windows that appear to 1/2 inch X 1 1/2 X 2 1/8 and 4 axles. Can you help?

For the spiral balances, see both our S600-28 and S600-23 with blue tip options. For the pivot shoe, it would be best to remove it from the window and obtain exact measurements of the width and thickness, the two most important dimensions. See the video below for details.

Removed shoe from channel. Shoe is 1 1/4 inches wide, 2 1/8 inches tall and 1/2 inch thick. I need 4 of these shoes, 2 each of the 23 inch tubes and 2 each of the 28 inch tubes. I also need one spiral balance adjustment tool. Can you quote me the cost of these items. We need them to complete our house. Thanks Jim

Hey Jim. The 15-046 is 1/2" thick and 1-1/4" wide, so this seems like a match for the pivot shoe. Just be absolutely certain the dimensions match. You'll then need the S600-23 and S600-28 with Blue Tip Options, as well as a 75-006 Charging Tool. Prices will be listed when you put all these items into your cart and click checkout.
