Window replacement parts

A home owner from Genoa, NV says:

Hi, I've attached photos:

- One of a metal clip-like part (I don't have a photo of it in place, sorry)

- Two photos of a plastic part--one in the window mechanism and one that is broken off.

These were located when we replaced Series 385 channel balances in four windows (three 33" and one 27")and we need replacements to complete one installation and probably a couple extras of each to have on hand.

Can you help me find the right parts? If it helps, my order # for the channel balances was 1922919.

Thank you, and happy Thanksgiving!

Hey, Kathie!

My recommendation for the parts in your photos would be our 16-002 take out clip and 18-008H top sash guide. Have a look at the specifications and let me know what you think.

We also wish you a Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
