I would love to replace the tilt locks and the balancing coil mechanism, 406 is typed on the coil

Hello there. This is a Simonton Coil Balance system that is no longer made, but you can replace it with the 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balances. The videos below explain how. Let me know if you have questions.
