I'm restoring wood window sashes and am looking the coil balances with metal mounting hardware as seen in my picture.

Hello,
It looks like you have an older-style spiral balance assembly. They aren't made with the bracket attached to the end of the spiral anymore but either the S400 or S500 spiral balance could work for you, depending on the diameter of the tube needed.
You may want to check your other windows to see if one of your balances has an intact plastic cover to measure since that will help you determine if you need the 3/8" or 5/8" balance.
