Window roller with plastic housing

I broke the plastic housing of the window roller and now the window will not stay in an "OPEN" position. It also will not close completely since the housing is now at the bottom. I believe is should have some kind of stopper as all of my other windows do. Are you able to identify the broken part from the attached photos.

Hello,
It sounds like you need new coil balances, which are responsible for supporting the weight of the window when it's open. I can't say for sure what you have with the hardware still installed but you can start by comparing our S140 coil balance assembly to yours. Thank you!
