Good day, I attached several pictures regarding a window sash the number on the bar "28B" as you can tell from the pictures it is weathered. Please let me know if the part is still available, if there is a substitute, ETC.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our S770-28 with a 28B option would be the balance you need along with our 15-129 pivot shoe.
