I need 6 of these balances. The stamped code on the balances are 2420Q, I am not sure of the brand of the windows but they do not tilt.. The upper shoe is not winged. Please let me know the right part to order and if it is in stock

Hi Hareesh: Thanks for posting. Can you please send us photos of your balances? We need to see to the top and bottom. You said the bottom is not winged. Does the top have wings? If the top has wings and the bottom does not, you may need our Series 395 balance. With a 2420 stamp, you need a 25" balance with a 2420 stamp option.
