Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-195, but I'm not sure about the pivot bar and balance. The pivot bar is cut off in your picture, but it could be our 26-360. As for the balance, it may be our Series 795 based on the shoe, but the number you gave us doesn't correspond to anything in our records.
