A home owner from Olathe says:
I need to replace a few sash coils like the one in the picture. The coils are encased two pieces of white plastic with the letters g and h with four total screws.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
You might have 3/8" wide coil springs, like our Series 165, but at the end of the day, there are limits to what we can determine with both the sash and coil system installed. You'll need to remove it and look to be certain.

The Series 165 uses a 15-204 support, which holds two coil springs. You will need to remove one cover to see if you have 3/8" coil springs, and if so, you can use Series 165. Depending on how many coils are there, you might be able to use new style, 15-206, which holds four coil springs.
