Push button sash lock with a j-shaped locking arm that extends into upper sash. Windows are vinyl double hung. White.

Thanks for your post! We do not have an exact replacement match for this lock but the 90-252 Latch Mechanism may work to replace yours. It is used with the 90-253 Latch Cover.

Carefully compare the installation hole placement to determine if this will work for your repairs. This is the closest match we have to your existing latch.
