Hi, could you help me with replacement parts for this window? I'm pretty sure the balance shoe is 15-177, but no idea about the correct pivot bars to use. Thanks for your help!

Hello there!

You're correct, our 15-177 is indeed the correct pivot shoe. This is compatible with a handful of pivot bars but the best fit ultimately depends on the original. Would it be possible for us to see a few photos of the old pivot bar removed from the sash?

Thanks, Emily! Unfortunately, the pivot bars are missing from these windows. So, best guess?

Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that as a reference.

If not, we have related the compatible pivot bars on this page. Have a look and see if you think one of them could be adapted to your window sash.

Hello again! The parts finally (!) arrived. Sadly, the pivot bars are not the right ones. But happily, when I disassembled the windows, part of the original fell out. Attached is a photo of what you sent me along with a broken part of the original. Hopefully that is enough to get the correct pivot bar.

Also, is there any way to expedite this? My client here in Oregon has been very patient to this point, and it would be nice to get these parts quickly. Thank you so much!

Hi there Dennis! Based on what I see of the old pivot bar, the 26-226 looks like it may be a match. I recommend you review the specifications below for a good fit.
