Window sash pivot needed

The sash pivot is from an Atrium series 150 vinyl single hung window.

That is actually a balance pivot, not a sash pivot and I believe I found it on your site, a T lock balance shoe. If you happen to know the size the Atrium 150 uses it would be helpful.
The balance also appears to be a series 795 with a hook at the top rather than a screw fitting. If you have any specs for these on Atrium or can help me further identify for future reference, it would also be helpful.

This appears to be a match for our 15-195. Is this what you need? If so, I'm afraid there's no way to determine what size window you have based on the shoe itself.
As for the balance, we can custom make a Series 795 for you with the hook on top, rather than the screw tab. Before we begin, we'd have to know how many you need, the length of the metal channel, and the stamp printed on the balance.
