Window sash replacement hardware needed

Question

I need some replacement parts that look like this. Behind the white plastic piece is a metal coil spring. There are two coils on each side. These are single hung vinyl windows. I can find no other identification on the window.

This pivot shoe closely resembles our 15-199, which in turn uses our 1/2" wide Series 160 coil spring. See what you think!
