Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't recognize this pivot bar at first glance. Could you remove the window sash and show us a photo of the pivot shoe? That might help point us in the right direction.

Thanks for the additional photos! Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-180. We don't have an exact match for the pivot bar, but review the specifications for the 26-040 and see how they compare with yours. You just need at least one of the hole placements to align with ours.
