Hello, my window shoe on my window broke but unfortunately there is nothing on the window telling me the the brand or anything about the window. Wondering if you could point me in the right direction on ordering new ones? The part where the pivot bar goes in is the drop down in then turns. It's also larger than anything I see on the site.

It appears your window may use an older Simonton brand balance assembly that is no longer made. We recommend taking a look at video below that shows the conversion to the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs. Review the step by step video that details the conversion and additional parts needed. Review all dimensions to see what you think!
