The metal circle part is broken on several of our windows. We were able the shoe and spring but need replacements for the shoe. Your website seemed to have one.

Hello there!

You have our 15-177 pivot shoe which uses the Series 152 coil springs. For a new coil support, see our 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel. Let me know if you have any questions!
