Hi. I need to identify these ballance sprin shoes. I dont have any info on the brand of window. It is a double hung vinyl windowbwith spiral springs...cann you help?

Hello!

Our 15-046 pivot shoe looks like a good place to start. However, you'll need to compare its dimensions with your old shoe which means removing the original is necessary. The video below will show you how to do so using the cutout method. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
