Window shoe

Question

Window that will not stay up.  Shoes appear to be stuck and don't "lock" or pivot.  Trying to identify the product

Hello,

Your exact pivot shoe is no longer available, but it can be replaced with the 15-177 as long as the width and thickness match. These use the same S152 coil springs. We also offer the support hardware related on this page. Thanks for posting!
