Window shoe broke.

Hi, About 2000- 2001 had a contractor install windows in an apt. Not sure what brand. One just broke.
Was all plastic.
2" tall
1" wide
1/2" deep

Thanks for posting. Can you remove the pivot shoe from the window and confirm the thickness and width of the shoe? Be precise as you can. From there, we'll do our best to identify a replacement. To know how to remove your pivot shoe, see the video below.

I was able to get into the apartment and remove the shoe. Hope you can find a match. Please see pics

Thank you for getting back to us with these photos, Rick. I do recognize this pivot shoe. It was used by Silverline Andersen company, but since has been discontinued and replaced with our 15-046. Have a look and let us know what you think.
