Window shoe cam

Home Owner from Pittsburgh

Hello!

I need a pivot bar and a pivot shoe cam.

The attached pictures are as follows:

1. Picture of the window showing an intact pivot bar. I need another one of these.

2. This is the shoe with the coil cover removed. You can see the broken cam.

3. This is the removed shoe and cam (I removed the backing plate for the cam). The shoe is 1 1/4 x 1/2 x 1 1/2 in. The cam is 1/2 thick, and has a diameter of 9/16ths.

4. Picture of removed broken cam.

I don't know if you sell the cams separately, but I'm okay to purchase the shoe assembly if need be. Thank you!

Best,

Josh

Hello,

We don't carry your particular coil balance setup or the center cam used with it. With that being said, we have come across your assembly in the past and recommended the Series 140 as a possible replacement. Note that this assembly measures 9/16" deep as shown below.

We can't make any guarantees but look it over and see what you think. Note that you'd need to weigh the sash to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacements. You'll also have to replace the pivot bar with something like our 26-398 or 26-405 depending on how the installation hole backsets compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
