Window shoe replacement

A home owner from Philadelphia pa says:
I have aluminum replacement windows while cleaning the other day two of the shoes broke and I need to repair them. I measured the size of the shoe and it looks like it is 1 1/4" by 9/16 or 1/2" ?
I have the cutouts in the frame from the mfg.

Hello there. It's difficult to say what pivot shoe you need without more exact dimensions, which are best obtained with the shoe out of the window. For instance, the 15-046 is 1/2" thick, but the 15-118 is 9/16" thick; I can't say whether you need one or the other without knowing the thickness more precisely. See the video below for details on how to remove the pivot shoe from the window. Give us exact thickness and width, and we'll do our best to match the right replacement for you.
