Window shoe tilt is broken, left and right side

Both sides left and right tilt pivot shoes are broken and it has the coil flat wire about halfway up window the has a screw

Thanks for posting. This looks like a pivot shoe that was recently discontinued; however, our 15-177 might work as a replacement. You'll need to remove the old shoe and compare its dimensions with the diagram below. See if the width and thickness match what you have. The 15-177 works with the same Coil Balances your old shoe did, the Series 152. Let me know if you have any other inquiries.

Wow that was fast. I will check those dimensions and hope they will work. Thank you very much for your help cause I was getting lost with all the styles out in the market.
