Window slides down broken cam

Purchased window in 2008 from win dow world. Do you have replacement parts for problem. What parts can fix this.

Sure, this looks like a match for our 15-177 pivot shoe, which is itself compatible with our Series 152 coil spring. Let me know if you agree.
