Window spport on channel balancer.

While washing windows I somehow managed to break the tab that supports the window on both sided of the lower sash. The part is 1 7/8" long and 1/4" wide. I did not measure the depth but can unscrew it if necessary. I believe the window are from Crestline. Do you have a match? Thanks. Picture shows broken one on left and good one on right.
