Hello,

Looking for this part for my window. Seem to be old windows. Only marking I could fins was those numbers!

Hello!

It looks like you have either our S351-30, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-30, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2910 spring strength option.

Thanks for the info. To buy everything I need, do I need to purchase the 15-002, 16-002, and 19-002 all separately?

No, the top and bottom fittings come fully assembled with the balance. However, the 16-002 take out clip is sold separately.
