Window spring balance identification

Question

Looking to ID this to find a replacement.
Channel is 34" long
Stamped 34C BSI AH
The top Part of the channel was screwed into the top of the window channel. I didn't see any plastic piece or remnants of a plastic piece for the top part.
Nothing was connected to the bottom on the broken side.
Is there any hope to narrow it down just on the top part and markings alone? I don't have an image of the bottom of the channel from the good side at the moment.
