Let's start off by saying that we are going to recommend the same type of replacement balances for both of your parts just in a different size. Take a look at our S380-28, S380-34, and our S385-28, and S385-34. The balances appear identical with one another. However, the difference lies in the bottom balance nylon fitting. The Series 380 comes with a 1" bottom balance shoe and the Series 385 comes in a 1-32" bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below, in order to determine which balance would make the better match. For the 28" balance, you would go with a 2750 stamp option and for the 34" balance, our 3340 stamp option will work just fine. Look everything over and let us know if you have any other questions.

If it is edge to edge...looks like 1 3/32"
What about the weight rating? The "4" & "5" are Caldwell 's weight rating. I am not sure how that translates to pounds or equivalent rating for Swisscom product.
