Window spring left side

Simonton window. Left side needed. The white piece says 3/8 dual on inside. The lower piece has a "F" .

Thanks for posting. This looks like an older version of the 15-228 Pivot Shoe, but look over the dimensions below to confirm it matches what you have. The coil springs should be 3/8" thick. Please confirm. If so, these are Series 165 Coil Balance springs. For the cover, see the 15-204. Let me know if you have any other questions about this hardware.
