Replacement window bought through Menards maybe 15 years ago ..top plastic peice that the cord passes through split out

Hello there. This old crossbow balance is no longer made, but one of our tilt window channel balances can replace it. To know which, can you tell us the diameter of the spring? That should help narrow it down.

The spring is 1/2 dia the total length of assembly is 34 1/4"

Great, thanks. If the spring diameter is 1/2", our Series 795 Channel Balance should work as a replacement. The video below explains how.
