Window spring replacement

Your channel balance resembles the Series 795 with an open cam T-lock shoe. To further review, are you able to provide the number/letter stamped on the metal channel as well as a picture of the clip or hook at the end of the top pulley spring?

We need to confirm if the balance installs into the window channel with a screw or hook. Thank you!

Unfortunately they do not show the style of the hook/clip used at the top of the pulley cord for installation. Does this balance screw in at the top or hook into the window channel when installed? 

If you have an undamaged version still in the window where we can see how it installs at the top, that would be best. Thank you!
