The only marking I can find on the parts is an "H"

Hello there. This pivot shoe looks like an older version of the 15-177. This shoe works with Series 152 Coil Balances, sold separately. If it is that coil spring in the window that has an 'H' on it, it suggests you can use the S152-8 8 pound spring. Let me know if you have any other questions.
