Hello there. First off, if the pivot shoe is definitely 1/2" thick, then see our 15-046. Just double-check the dimensions to confirm. 

Now, let's get to the spiral balances. You cite the diameter as 3/8", but be sure you're measuring the plastic outer tube, and not the spiral rod's inner tube instead. I realize these older spiral balances have plastic tubing that clearly mostly eroded way from your balances, but it appears you have some of that outer tube remaining on the top of one of the balances. Do the best you can to measure this. If you suspect the diameter is 5/8" instead, let me know. 

If the diameter is definitely 3/8", you'd need the S900-22 and S900-34. To know what Color Tip options to select, obtain the exact weight of the window sashes that use these spiral balances. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside the Color Tip options on the spiral balance shop pages.
