Window springs

Question

I have replaced several of these in my windows. The old kind and the new ones. The newer ones say read 28c.

Thanks for posting. While these old crossbow balances are no longer made, they can be replaced by our Series 795 Channel Balances--it sounds like you have already done this in some instances. The video below explains the entire process.
