Window springs are broken and window will not stay up

A home owner from Tampa says:
Hi Swisco,
How do I get window springs to replace these broken springs?
I removed the window from the case, and removed these springs from both sides of the window. It is a double pane window.
The metal case is 35 inches long, by 9/16 of an inch wide by 5/8 inch.
There is nothing wrong with window, so I would like to replace the springs and metal case the springs are in.

Window dimensions are 40 inches wide by 70 tall.
NuAir window.

Thanks
Jerry

Hi Jerry,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-35 or S385-35 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to choose your spring strength option based on the stamp on the back of your metal channel.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
