Window springs and one clip

Question

The attached pictured items are either missing or broken from several of our windows. The numbers we see are: 32-4 KA2 XXX 7. Im also missing one clip from the top.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need to see the balance removed from the window, along with close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings. We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
