My plastic parts of the spring assembly have broken. So I need the whole tension Spring Assembly. Windows wont stay up.

Take a look at either the S380-21 or the S385-21 to replace your balances. You'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe to determine the correct series.

Our 2020 stamp should work in place of yours. It will support a sash weighing 8 to 12lbs.
